CalJobSite.com Privacy Policy
CalJobSite.com is extremely committed to protecting your privacy and providing
a safe online experience when using our website (the "Website"). Because we gather
certain types of information about the users of CalJobSite.com, we believe you are
entitled to understand our information gathering and dissemination practices. This
privacy statement discloses what information is collected and how this information
is used.
Personal Information
When a user signs up at CalJobSite.com, certain information is disclosed by a
user to establish a user account such as contact information, personal history,
employment history, etc. We, at CalJobSite.com have a particular policy in regards
to each type of information that is provided by the user, which is as follows:

Contact Info
Site registration requires the user to enter contact information (such as name
and email address). We will not disclose any of your personal information to any
outside parties except with your consent.
Personal History
A user may store personal information such as education, previous employers, designations,
and other information in our database. This stored information can be used by
the user to fill out applications for jobs posted on our site. A user always has
the option of changing this personal information when applying for a particular
job before submitting it to a prospective employer. Resume Database
When a user posts his or her resume onto the Website, only the user and our employer
clients, who are finding qualified job applicants through our searchable resume
database, have access to the resume information. A user has three options regarding
the display of resume information.
Changing or Deleting Information
A user may change any or all of the contact or personal information on our Website
through the My Account Module. The user may also use the My Account Module to delete
registration information such as contact, personal, and resume information at
any time. Once a user deletes their user account, they can resign up on the Website
in the future. |

Internet Related Tracking Information
When a user visits our Website, certain information is recorded so that the user
can be identified. This identification can be determined from “cookies”,
an IP address, and other tracking methods. Cookies
A “cookie” is a small file that certain websites store on your hard
drive when you visit them. CalJobSite.com uses cookies to store a user's login
information so that the user does not have to remember his or her user name each
time they login. We do not store any personal information about the user in a
“cookie”.
CalJobSite.com Terms of Use
Summary
CalJobSite.com is a California focused employment website that allows users,
job seekers (to find employment) and employers/recruiters (to find job
candidates by posting open jobs and viewing job seekers' resumes). This service
is operated by Forward Source LLC (Forward Source). By using Forward Source's
CalJobSite.com website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a user ("User").
If you wish to become a user, or utilize the Website, please read this Agreement.
Any person or entity that creates a User account on this Website automatically
by default agrees to all the provisions of this Agreement.
Agreement
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Forward Source,
the owner of CalJobSite.com. By accessing, browsing, and/or using this Website,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S.
export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to
these terms, do not use this Website. You are using this Website at your
own risk. The material provided on this Website is protected by law, including,
but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international treaties.
This Website is controlled and operated by Forward Source from its US
headquarters. Forward Source makes no representation that materials on the
Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access
to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
Those who choose to access this Website from other locations do so on their
own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Website and the materials contained
herein is governed by the laws of the State of California. You also agree to
personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the
State of California, City of Los Angeles on other jurisdictions in Southern
California as determined by Forward Source's legal council.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Website
and your use of its service ("Service"). Forward Source may modify this Agreement
from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by
Forward Source on the Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this
Agreement when you use the Service after any modifications are posted. This
Agreement includes Forward Source's policy for acceptable use and content
posted on the Website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding
your use of the Website and the Service, and Forward Source's Privacy Policy
which is explained in the previous section.
Forward Source reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse
to post or remove any job posting, resume, and other information such as email,
or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the
Website and/or Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without
prior notice, and without liability.
Acceptable Terms of Use Details
1) User Accounts
Use of this Service is void where prohibited. By using the Website and the
Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you
submit is truthful and accurate and that such information will be updated
by you to maintain the accuracy of such information. You further represent
and warrant that your use of the CalJobSite.com shall not violate any
applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted without warning,
if it is found that you are misusing your account as governed by these
overall terms of use. You are solely responsible for all information
published or displayed through your account, including any email messages,
and interactions with the Users as a result of communicating with an
employer or recruiter, if you are a job seeker, or communicating with a
job seeker, if you are an employer or recruiter.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the
Website, the Service, and/or are a User. You may terminate your user
account at any time for any reason by following the instructions on the
My Account page. Forward Source may terminate your User account for any
reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you've
provided when you created your User account. If Forward Source terminates
your User account in the Service because you have violated this Agreement,
any job posting, resume view, or other type fees shall not be refunded.
Also, any amounts due to Forward Source shall be immediately due and
remitted to Forward Source. Even after you terminate your User account,
this Agreement will remain in effect.

Job Seekers
Forward Source grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to
access and use the Website only to find employment opportunities yourself
only. This Agreement authorizes you to view and print or download only
Website information for personal and noncommercial use. You agree that
you are solely responsible for the content of any information
(resumes, personal information, etc.) you post to the Website and any
consequences arising from this action.

Employers and Recruiters
Forward Source grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to
access and use the Website only for the business use of seeking candidates
for employment. This Agreement authorizes you to only view, print or download
only Website information for the purpose of finding and recruiting job candidate
prospects. Employer and Recruiters who purchase access to the resume database
may not sell, transfer or assign any information or services or your rights
to any information or services (including access to the resume database)
provided to any third party without the express written authorization of
Forward Source. If you purchase access to the resume database, you shall
only use this service for yourself as access to the resume database is intended
to be used by individual Users. If additional individuals want access to the
resume database, they must create a User account and pay for such services.
You shall also not provide access to the resume database to third parties or
provide third parties with hard copies of this information as this is a violation
of this Agreement. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of
any information you post to the Website and any consequences arising from this action.
Any User that posts a job or resume must ensure that the information is legitimate
and true. Any job postings or resumes that are listed on the Website to defraud or
scam the other users the Website will not be tolerated. If any User commits this
infraction, they will be barred from using the Website, and their User account and
ALL postings (legitimate and fraudulent) will be deleted from the Website.
Forward Source reserves the right to take the appropriate steps to ensure that the
Users of the information on this Website are protected from being defrauded or misled.
In addition to this policy, Forward Source may record the IPs addresses of its Users
to ensure that those individuals who violate this policy may be handled over to the
proper authorities if the infraction warrants involvement of law enforcement.
2) Non Commercial Use
Users may only use this Website for personal use and not commercial use. The only
exception of this policy is that Employer and Recruiters may use this Website as
an aid to assist in their business of finding employees for their open job positions.
Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or
email addresses of Users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending
unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be
investigated. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Forward Source for any
illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.
3) Copyright Policy/Proprietary Rights in Content
The copyright in all material provided on this Website is owned by Forward Source
or by the original creator of the material. Except as stated herein, none of the
material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed,
posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to,
electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior
written permission of Forward Source or the copyright owner. Permission is granted
to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this Website provided
you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other
proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates
automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination,
you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. Any unauthorized
use of any material contained on this Website may violate copyright laws, trademark
laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
4) Disclaimers
Forward Source is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information
posted on the Website or in connection with the Service provided, whether caused
by users of the Website, Users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilized in the Service. Forward Source is not responsible for the conduct,
whether online or offline, of any User of the Website or Users of the Service.
Forward Source assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration. Under no circumstances
shall Forward Source be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury
or death, resulting from use of the Website or the Service or from any information
posted on the Website or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between the Users
(Job Seekers and Employer/Recruiters) of the Website, whether online or offline. The
Website and the Service are provided "AS-IS" without any warranties of any kind,
express or implied. Forward Source cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific
results from use of the Website and/or the Service. Forward Source also does not make
any representations or guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness,
timeliness or reliability of any of the information posted by the Users.
5) Liability Limitation
IN NO EVENT SHALL FORWARD SOURCE (OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS,
EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISERS, OR OTHER
RELATED PARTIES) BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF FORWARD SOURCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED
HEREIN, FORWARD SOURCE'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE
FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN $50.
6) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Forward Source, its subsidiaries, owners, divisions,
affiliates, officers, agents, advertisers, partners and employees, harmless from any
loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this
Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your
representations and warranties set forth above.
7) Other
Forward Source makes no claims that the information on the Website is appropriate
or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the information may
not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries, and such persons have no
right to access or use the Website. If you access the Website from outside of the
United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with
the laws of your jurisdiction. Forward Source is not liable for any action by its
Users in regards to the above mentioned statement within this section.
